The designers carefully studied the more historic neighborhoods of Greenville and considered the unique features that give them their inherent charm. They were also inspired by historic Charleston and Savannah. The quiet side streets where garden gates are left open to invite passersby to enjoy the view. Where porches catch the evening breeze.
